- Add support for JFile 5.5, the newest release.
- Add support for newline (carriage return / linefeed ) characters in the text field types. The newlines will now be maintained on conversion. You can optionally turn off this feature and strip the newlines out to spaces if you prefer.
- Add stronger PDB file checking
to verify the version of the PDB before trying to convert from PDB to Access MDB.
- Add the ability to build a JFile popup list from an existing Access Lookup. If you have a Lookup field in an Access file, JFTconv 55 will find it, build a matching Popup field in the JFile database, and populate the list to match the Access data.
- Fix a problem with the field sequence,
which is now correctly written out to the JFile PDB file. Previously the selected fields where managed properly but the sequence was ignored.
- Fix a problem with the Popup list handling
which now screens out some other list type data in JFile that was being pulled into a popup list when it should not have.
